We got our new hedgehog house through the post the other day, and replaced our adapted re-cycling box with it.
Chez Hedgehog is now established under a low evergreen bush near some holly and other trees, with straw in and around it, ready for it's new owner(s)
No sign of "Spike" yet. Hopefully he survived his mis-hap, and is busy doing whatever hedgepigs do. We will keep a subtle eye on the entrance to the "house" and see if there is a new occupier at any time.
